The Fondazione Palazzo Albizzini Collezione Burri is the only and exclusive owner of the rights of economic exploitation of the works of Alberto Burri (owned by it or by third parties) and relative reproductions.
Any use of reproductions of the works is only allowed with the prior authorisation of the Foundation. Authorisation may be requested by sending the appropriate forms to the SIAE, specifying in detail the terms of the use (purpose, modalities etc.) that is to be made. In particular, the use of photographic, cinematographic and/or digital reproduction of the works; the publication, communication and/or diffusion, also via internet, of images of the works; the reproduction of auction catalogues or other publications of images of the works are subject to prior authorisation by this Foundation. Any other use of the reproductions of the works of Alberto Burri contrary to the above is forbidden and it will be sanctioned in accordance with the regulations in force as specified by the law on copyright (l. 22 April 1941, no. 633, and ss.mm.ii.).
