Use of images/copyrights
The Fondazione Palazzo Albizzini Collezione Burri is the sole and exclusive holder of the economic exploitation rights to the works of Alberto Burri (whether owned by the Foundation or by third parties) and to their related reproductions.
Any use of reproductions of the works is permitted only upon prior authorization issued by the Foundation. Authorization may be requested by submitting the appropriate forms to SIAE, clearly specifying the terms of the intended use (purpose, methods, etc.). In particular, the following uses are subject to prior authorization by the Foundation: Photographic, cinematographic and/or digital reproduction of the works; Publication, communication and/or dissemination, including via the internet, of images of the works; Reproduction in auction catalogues or other publications containing images of the works. Any other use of reproductions of the works of Alberto Burri that does not comply with the above provisions is prohibited and will be sanctioned in accordance with current legislation, as set forth in Italian copyright law (Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941, as subsequently amended).

Orders are generally processed in one or two weeks. When possible, some requests may be completed more quickly, subject to approval.
