The Easter holidays are an ideal time for a visit to the Fondazione Palazzo Albizzini Collezione Burri: both locations in Città di Castello – Palazzo Albizzini and the Ex Seccatoi del Tabacco – will be open Saturday, Sunday and Monday to welcome visitors, families and tourists to one of the most significant sites of 20th-century Italian art.
Whether it is a first visit or a return visit, the Easter weekend offers the right opportunity to immerse oneself in the creative universe of Alberto Burri: from the refined setting of Palazzo Albizzini, which houses a selection of the artist’s most representative works, to the monumental spaces of the Ex Seccatoi del Tabacco, where the great pictorial cycles, including the famous Cretti and Cellotex, find their most spectacular dimension.
These are the opening hours for Easter weekend:
- Saturday, April 4 – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sunday, April 5 (Easter) – 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. / 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Monday, April 6 (Easter Monday) – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
We look forward to seeing you in Città di Castello for an Easter of art and beauty. Book here.
